What’s the difference between available and custom rugs?
Available rugs are already made and can be ordered right away. Custom rugs are made from your idea and start after you approve the quote and pay the 50% deposit.
How long will my custom rug take?
Usually 2–4 weeks. Your timeline is confirmed before the deposit. Shipping time is separate.
How do payments work for custom rugs?
Once you approve the quote, you’ll pay 50% to start. The other 50% is due when the rug is finished and ready to ship.
Can I request a deadline?
Have a deadline? Add it to your request. Add the date to the quote form. I’ll let you know if I can make it in time before you place the order.
How do I clean my rug?
Care can vary by rug. If you’re unsure, send me a message before cleaning it.
How much is shipping?
Shipping for available rugs is calculated at checkout. For custom rugs, I’ll confirm shipping with your quote.
